Advanced Neuro Diagnostics
We provide high-precision specialized tests to evaluate the central and peripheral nervous systems under professional supervision.
EEG (Electroencephalography)
EEG records electrical signals in the brain through electrodes. It is the primary tool used to diagnose seizure disorders, epilepsy, sleep patterns, head traumas, and metabolic encephalopathies.
NCV / NCS (Nerve Conduction Study)
NCS measures the speed of electrical signals traveling through your nerves. Extremely helpful in identifying nerve damage or compression, including carpal tunnel syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, and sciatica.
EMG (Electromyography)
An electromyogram measures electrical activity in muscles. It helps distinguish muscle disorders, primary nerve root compressions, motor neuron disease, and peripheral neuropathies.
VEP (Visual Evoked Potential)
VEP tests evaluate the electrical responses of the visual pathway from the eyes to the brain. Useful in detecting optic neuritis, demyelination diseases like multiple sclerosis, and sight impairments.
BERA (Brainstem Auditory Response)
BERA determines hearing threshold and auditory pathway integrity. Highly useful for screening infants and children who cannot cooperate in standard hearing tests, as well as detecting structural lesions.
RNST (Repetitive Stimulation)
Repetitive Nerve Stimulation Test evaluates neuromuscular transmission efficiency. It is the gold standard diagnostic tool to confirm Myasthenia Gravis and related neuromuscular junction problems.
Sleep Study (Polysomnography)
A comprehensive diagnostic study that monitors brain waves, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and breathing patterns overnight. Used to diagnose sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia, and restless leg syndrome.
Patient Preparation Tips
Follow these simple rules for accurate neurological testing outcomes.
For EEG Test
Please wash your hair thoroughly the night before or the morning of the test with shampoo. Do not apply any hair oil, gel, conditioner, or spray before the procedure, as electrodes require a clean scalp.
For NCV / EMG
Do not apply any lotions, oils, or moisturizers to your arms or legs on the day of the test. Ensure you wear loose, comfortable clothing (sleeves and trousers) that can be easily rolled up.
For Sleep Study
Avoid drinks containing caffeine (coffee, tea, cola) or alcohol on the day of the test, as they interfere with sleep stages. Bring loose nightwear and continue taking regular medicines unless advised otherwise.
